Please note: Delivery times to the United Kingdom may be affected by customs clearance procedures and local carrier handling.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, or local delivery partners) based on destination and availability.

Track Your Order: Use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to monitor delivery status in real time.


5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

U.S. Domestic Orders:
No customs fees or import duties apply.

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands):
Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom Orders:
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, and customs handling fees may apply depending on order value and applicable regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our original estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import inspections once the shipment has left our fulfillment facility.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address Changes:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@avora-store.com if you need to update your address.
  • We can modify your order only if it has not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. You may contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a reshipping fee.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Received (After 30+ Business Days)

Contact us at contact@avora-store.com with your order number. We will:

  1. Investigate with the carrier
  2. Issue a replacement or full refund within 48 hours if the package is confirmed lost

Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us within 48 hours — we will review your case and work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Note: Avora is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take clear photos of the box and damaged item(s)
  3. Contact us at contact@avora-store.com within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately upon verification.


8. FORCE MAJEURE & DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Avora is not liable for delays caused by such events, but we will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Before Shipment:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@avora-store.com to request cancellation or modification.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • You may refuse delivery or return the package per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

International shipping outside these regions may become available in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates.

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on destination country regulations.
